Membership includes annual exams, gynecologic exams, unlimited follow up and acute care visits, direct after-hours access to your provider, EKGs, urinalysis, laceration repair, biopsies (pathology fees apply) and wholesale labs. There is a one-time enrollment fee of $75. There is no penalty for canceling your membership at any time, but re-enrollment fees will apply.
