When you enroll at Coastal Direct Health & Wellness, a chart is created for you in Elation, our electronic health record. After your first visit, you should receive a message to your e-mail with a link and a code to sign up to Elation Passport, a patient portal that will allow you to send your providers protected, secure messages and view labs results, etc.
We also use a secure texting platform called Spruce. This is an app that you can download on your mobile device that will allow you to send us text messages, photos, files etc. in a secure, HIPAA compliant manner.
